摘　　要：林地投入产出水平和效率是衡量集体林权制度改革和整体发展水平的重要标志。对于国内外文献的林地投入产出效率测算方法、指标选取、测算结果以及影响因素进行总结和归纳,发现江西、广东、广西、北京的综合效率较高,福建、辽宁、湖南等地的综合效率偏低,其中配置效率较低、规模不经济是拉低林地综合效率水平的重要因素;随后从林地细碎化、林地经营规模、劳动力转移、产权制度与政策、区位地理条件等方面总结了影响林地投入产出效率的关键因素,基于以上结论意味着目前要未来可能的研究仍然需要考虑指标选择的致性、研究区域的全局性、影响因素的差异性等。The amount and efficiency of input and output of forest land are important indicators for measuring the reform of collective forest rights system and overall development.This paper summarized the measurement methods,index selection,measurement results and factors influencing input-output efficiency of forest land in domestic and foreign literature,and found that comprehensive efficiency was high in Jiangxi,Guangdong,Guangxi and Beijing,but low in Fujian,Liaoning,Hunan and other places.The low efficiency of allocation and the uneconomic scale were important factors for lowering the comprehensive efficiency level of forest land.Then,the text summarized the key factors affecting the input and output efficiency of forest land,which included the fragmentation of forest land,the scale of forest land management,labor transfer,property rights system and policy,location Geographical conditions and other aspects.Based on the above conclusions,it is necessary to consider the feasibility of index selection,the overallity of the research area,and the differences among influencing factors.
