摘 要:【目的】分析小豆花期叶绿素含量的变化规律及其与产量等农艺性状的相关性,以了解小豆叶绿素含量的驯化选择变异和与生育期及产量的关系。【方法】利用SPAD-502PLUS便携式手持叶绿素仪,测定相对叶绿素含量。【结果】不同小豆材料始花期开始14d内,相对叶绿素含量不断升高,栽培小豆种质资源的相对叶绿素含量显著高于野生小豆和半野生小豆。栽培小豆相对叶绿素含量与百粒重、种子长和种子宽呈极显著正相关,与最大叶长显著正相关,与生育期呈极显著负相关;野生小豆相对叶绿素含量与生育期、单株产量和种子宽呈极显著正相关,与最大叶宽呈显著正相关。【结论】从野生小豆到栽培小豆驯化进程中,相对叶绿素含量向上选择。栽培小豆相对叶绿素含量增加,与百粒重、种子长和种子宽增加趋同;野生小豆相对叶绿素含量增加,促进单株荚数、单荚粒色和单株产量增加。【Objective】 Chlorophyll content and its correlation with yield and other agronomic traits of adzuki bean during flowering period were analyzed for exploring chlorophyll content variation of domestication and selection, and the correlation between growth period, yield and the relative chlorophyll contents in this research.【Methods】The relative chlorophyll contents of adzuki bean were tested by the SPAD-502 PLUS. 【Results】 The relative chlorophyll content of adzuki bean increased continuously from the first flowering to the following 14 days. The relative chlorophyll content of cultivated adzuki bean was significantly higher than that of wild adzuki bean and semi-wild adzuki bean.The relative chlorophyll content of cultivar is a highly significantly positive correlation with 100 seeds weight, seed length, and seed width, a significantly positive correlationwith max leaf length, and a significantly negative correlation with growth period. The relative chlorophyll content of wild adzuki bean is a extremely significantly positive correlation with growth period, yield per plant, and seed width, and a significantly positive correlation with max leaf width. 【Conclusion】The relative chlorophyll content was selected upwards in process of domestication from wild adzuki bean to cultivated adzuki bean. The increase of relative chlorophyll content in cultigen is consistent with that of 100 seeds weight,seed length, and seed width. The increase of relative chlorophyll content in wild adzuki bean stimulate the increase of pod number per plant, seed number per plant, and yield per plant.
