摘  要:【目的】探明高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法测定萘普生含量的可靠性。【方法】高效液相色谱法:流动相由甲醇∶0.01mol/L KH2PO4 (75∶25,V/V)组成;流速1.0m L/min;检测波长为272nm。【结果】HPLC法的平均回收率为99.08%,相对标准偏差(RSD)0.5%小于标准2%,线性方程为Y=4.326 9+25.792 9 X,R=0.999 999。【结论】紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定萘普生注射液中萘普生含量的结果差异较小,建立的高效液相色谱法可以对萘普生注射液进行快速检测。【Objective】Comparison of HPLC and UV-VIS spectrophotometer for the detection of Naproxen in Naproxen Injection.【Objective】 The aim of this paper is to compare the content of naproxen in Naproxen Injection detected by UV spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).【Methods】Naproxencontent was determined by HPLC ( velocity: 1. 0 mL /min; wavelength, 272nm) and UV spectrophotometer( wavelength: 331 nm ) respectively. The contrast samples were Sodium hydroxide for UV spectrophotometry. 【Results】 The mean recovery of HPLC analysis was 99.08%; RSD was 0.5%, less than standard values 2%;Linear equation is Y = 4.326 9 + 25.792 9 X , R =0.999 999. 【Conclusion】 The results of UV spectrophotometry and HPLC have litte difference,which suggests that it can be used for the rapid inspection methods of Naproxen Injection by established HPLC instead of by UV spectrophotometry.
