摘　　要：地震是一种自然现象,具有发生突然、涉及面广、破坏力大等特点,不仅会对建筑工程设施造成破坏,还会给人民群众生命财产带来巨大危害。特别是在当今以人为本、和谐社会的新形势下,群测群防体系建设已成为我国防震减灾工作的重要组成部分,也成为减轻地震灾害的有效途径。本文研究了青龙县群测群防工作的现状和做法,对全国开展群测群防工作具有一定的参考价值。Earthquake is a kind of natural phenomenon,which has the characteristics ofsuddenness,wide coverage,and great destructive power. It not only causes damage to constructionfacilities,but also brings great harm to people’s lives and property. Especially in the newsituation of people-oriented and harmonious society,the construction of community survey anddefense system has become an important part of our national defense earthquake mitigation work,and hasalso become an effective way to reduce earthquake disasters. This paper combines the current situationand practice of group survey prevention in Qinglong County,and has important reference value to carryout group survey defense work throughout the country.
