摘  要:氦气是一种高比热容的惰性气体,在光纤拉丝制造领域,除拉丝炉要用到氦气外,拉丝塔冷却管也采用氦气作为冷却气体。文中通过对如何将多个冷却管进行智能化回收和循环利用提出解决方案,在不增大纯氦用量且不影响生产工艺的前提下,将放空的氦气最大限度的回收起来,并将回收的氦气净化到合格的纯度,以满足光纤生产的需要进行二次循环利用,达到降低生产成本的目的。Helium is an inert gas with high specific heat capacity. In the field of fiber drawing, helium is used as the cooling gas in the cooling tube as well as in the heating furnace. In this paper, we propose a solution to the intelligent recovery and recycling of multiple cooling tubes. Without increasing the amount of pure helium and without affecting the production process, the exhausted helium is recovered to the maximum extent, and the recovered helium is purified to the qualified purity to meet the requirements of optical fiber production for the second time. The purpose of recycling is to reduce production costs.
