摘　　要：随着经济发展和人们物质生活日趋丰富,不少人的节约意识也随之淡薄,餐桌上的浪费不知不觉成为常态。有鉴于此,党中央发出了"厉行节约、反对浪费"的重要指示,提出了"高度重视节约粮食,节约粮食要从娃娃抓起,从餐桌抓起"的治理方略。做好对大学生节粮行为和心理的分析,是开展大学生节粮意识培养的重要前提,是寻求遏制高校食堂粮食浪费解决途径的有效指向。With the development of economy and increasing rich material life, people＇s awareness of saving is in the decline, and the waste behavior at the dinner table has become a natural phenomenon. In view of this situation, the CPC central committee issued the instruction of ＂practicing strict economy and combating waste＂, and put forward the strategy that ＂we should attach great importance to save food, and save food from the doll and from the table.＂ A good behavioral and psychological study on college students＇ food saving is the precondition of cultivating college students＇ awareness of food saving as well as an effective approach to contain the food waste at college canteens.
