摘　　要：本文通过对现有造船工艺中主机整体吊装施工作业进行研究,从技术准备、作业准备、作业操作、安全管理等几方面分析和总结了船舶主机整体吊装流程、管理模式及注意事项,对主机整机吊装的施工管理及工艺流程进行了规范,缩短了主机在船上的安装周期,提高造船效率和产品质量,适用于船舶主机特别是大型低速柴油机在船坞或船台的安装。This paper analyzes and summarizes the whole hoisting process,management mode and matters needing attention of main engine in shipbuilding from technical preparation,operation preparation,operation and safety management.The construction management and technological process of the hoisting of the main engine are standardized,which can shorten the installation period of the main engine on board,improve the efficiency of shipbuilding and the quality of products.It is suitable for the installation of the main engine,especially the large low-speed diesel engine,in the dock or berth.
