摘　　要：近年来各企业集团票据使用、流转量很大,但票据的集中管理还比较滞后,票据利用效果较差。"票据池"是近年来兴起的新型集团化管理概念。可以根据票据分散管理的弊端,认识到开展"票据池"业务给企业带来的作用,进而分析当前拥有"票据池"业务的企业存在的问题,并提出加强企业集团"票据池"业务管理及风险防范的建议。In recent years, the use and circulation of bills in enterprise groups are booming, but the centralized management as well as the use of bills is still lagging behind. Bill pool is a new concept of collectivization management in recent years. The article first puts forward the disadvantages of the decentralized management of bills,expounds the role of ＂bill pool＂ played in the enterprise. The paper also analyzes the existing problems of the current business of the ＂bill pool＂, and offers suggestions to strengthen the business management and risk prevention of the ＂bill pool＂ in enterprise groups.
