摘 要:本文通过对比不同纳滤膜的处理效率,筛选出适用于稠油采出水的纳滤膜。研究发现,NF7纳滤膜对于稠油采出水处理效果较好,其中,钠离子去除率可以达到85%,钙镁离子去除率可以达到95%,有机物去除率可以达到85%,pH值变化小,水型没有改变。同时,该方法具有操作压力低、运行成本低的优点,在稠油采出水处理回用锅炉方面具有很好的前景。In this paper, by comparing the treatment efficiency of different nanofiltration membranes, the nanofiltration membranes suitable for heavy oil produced water were screened out. It is found that NF7 nanofiltration membrane has better effect on heavy oil produced water. Among them, sodium ion removal rate can reach 85%, calcium and magnesium ion removal rate can reach 95%, organic matter removal rate can reach 85%, and pH value changes little. The water type has not changed. At the same time, the method has the advantages of low operating pressure and low operating cost, and has a good prospect in the treatment of recycled oil from heavy oil produced water.
