摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是一种病因不明的大肠黏膜的慢性非特异性炎症和溃疡性病变,本病治疗及报道虽多,但少有持续性用药报道。李吉彦老师系辽宁省名中医、大连市中医医院主任医师,从事消化系统疾病临床研究30余年。现结合老师用药经验举1例中药治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著的验案。Ulcerative colitis is a chronic nonspecific inflammation and ulcerative disease of the intestinal mucosa with unknownetiology. Although the treatment and reports of this disease are many, there are few reports of persistent drug use. Li Jiyan isafamous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in Liaoning province and chief physician of Dalian hospital of traditional Chinesemedicine. He has been engaged in clinical research for digestive system diseases for more than 30 years. Combined with theexperience of teachers, a case of Chinese medicine in treating ulcerative colitis is presented.
