摘　　要：隐源性肝硬化是指临床上未能查出病因的肝硬化,目前在西医学尚无明确而有效的治疗方法。本病属于中医"肝积""积聚"范畴,其形成与肝脾肾功能失调有关,常以补益肝肾,疏肝健脾为基本治疗原则。本文通过观察1例经过中医治疗,取得良好疗效的隐源性肝硬化失代偿期患者的病例,探讨肝脾同治在隐源性肝硬化治疗中的重要性。Cryptogenic cirrhosis refers to the kind of cirrhosis with unknown cause, which is so far still lack of precise or effectivetreatment in Western medicine. It belongs to Ganji and Jiju of traditional Chinese medicine, and it was regarded to the disorder of liver,kidney and spleen. Reinforcing liver and benefiting kidney as well as invigorating spleen and soothing liver are the basic therapy forcirrhosis. This article is aim to manifest the impotence of invigorating spleen and soothing liver in the treatment of cryptogenic cirrhosis.
