便利贴治疗长期卧床骨折患者便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨"便利贴"疗法治疗长期卧床骨折患者便秘的临床效果。方法将2016年3月—2018年1月行手术治疗并出现便秘(肠胃燥热型)的80例患者纳入研究并依据随机数字表法分组。对照组40例采用常规护理,观察组40例则联合"便利贴"疗法治疗,7 d为1个疗程,治疗后比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗后2组腹痛、腹胀、大便秘结等症状均改善,观察组总症状积分低于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于骨折后便秘患者而言采用"便利贴"疗法干预效果显著,可促进排便,缓解由此引起的负面情绪,值得推广。Objective To e xplore the clinical effect of ＂ convenient patch＂ therapy on constipation in patients with long-termbedridden fracture. Methods From March 2016 to January 2018, 80 patients with constipation （ stomach and intestines and heattype） were enrolled in the study and were grouped according to the random digital table method. In the control group, 40 cases weretreated with routine nursing, while 40 cases in the observation group were treated with ＂ convenient patch＂ therapy. 7 days wereacourse of treatment. After treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the symptoms oftwo groups of abdominal pain, abdominal distention and constipation were improved. The total symptom score of the observation groupwas lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . The scores of self rating DepressionScale （SDS score） and self rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05） , and the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%. （39/40） , which was higher than 77.50% （31/40） in thecontrol group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with constipation after fracture,the effect of ＂ convenience paste＂ therapy is remarkable, which can promote defecation and alleviate the negative emotion caused byit. It is worth popularizing.
