贝尔面瘫患者急性期头面部穴位红外热像图研究

摘　　要：目的研究贝尔面瘫患者急性期头面部穴位红外热像图改变特征。方法采用数字式医用红外热像仪检测了50例贝尔面瘫患者与50例健康人头面部穴位体表温度,并用分析软件处理相关温度数值,将结果进行统计学分析。结果健康人群左右两侧面部穴位体表皮肤温度分布基本对称,双侧温度差小于1.5℃,差异无统计学意义(P>0.01),而贝尔面瘫患者左右两侧面部穴位体表温度分布呈不对称性,双侧温度相差均大于1.5℃,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且两侧穴位温差与面肌瘫痪程度相关,瘫痪程度越重者,双侧温差越大。结论贝尔面瘫患者急性期面部穴位红外热像图存在改变,可根据变化指导临床针刺治疗。Objective To study the changes of infrared thermography images of head-face acupoints in patients with Bell palsy in theacute phase. Methods The head-face acupoint surface temperature of Bell palsy patients （n=50） and healthy people （n=50） weredetected by digital medical infrared camera. The temperature values were processed by analysis software, and the results werestatistically analyzed. Results The skin temperature distribution on the left and right facial acupoints of the healthy people wassymmetrical. The temperature difference between the two sides was less than 1.5℃, and the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.01） . While the skin temperature distribution on the left and right facial acupoints of Bell palsy patients was asymmetric. Thetemperature difference between the two sides was greater than 1.5℃, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Thetemperature difference between the acupoints on both sides is related to the degree of hemifacial spasm. The heavier the degree ofhemorrhoids, the greater the temperature difference between the two sides. Conclusion There is a change in the infrared thermographyof the facial acupoint of patients with acute Bell palsy. The clinical acupuncture treatment can be guided according to the changes.
