摘　　要：文章通过对车辆在搓板路出现的方向盘打手问题原因分析,传递路径深层次剖析,提出优化设计方案,并对优化后方案在整车上进行试验验证,通过客观测试和主观评价达到最佳的整改效果。This paper analyzes the causes of steering wheel hitters problem in the vehicle, analyzes the transmission pathdeeply, puts forward the optimized design scheme, and tests and verifies the optimized scheme on the vehicle. Throughobjective testing and subjective evaluation to achieve the best corrective effect.
