摘  要:为实现儿童乘车安全,缺陷儿童约束系统(CRS)的召回对保护儿童安全有着重要作用。文章以NHTSA儿童约束系统召回体制为研究对象,研究其召回体系以及相应的试验方法。在试验分析方面,借鉴了国外在召回问题上的先进做法,对儿童约束系统误使用和易用性模式进行了正交试验设计,将层次分析法运用到分析中,总结出几种模式下的伤害等级。根据中国国情建立了适合国内儿童约束系统召回的评价方法,提出了相应的评价指标,制定评价星级区间。召回体系的研究有助于提高儿童约束系统质量,规范儿童约束系统市场。In order to achieve child safety, the recall of defective child restraint system (CRS) plays an important role inprotecting children's safety. This paper takes the NHTSA CRS recall system as its research object, and studies its recallsystem and corresponding test methods. In the field of test and analysis, we draw on the advanced practices of foreign recalls,conducts orthogonal experimental design on the misuse and ease of use of child restraint systems, applies the AHP to theanalysis, and summarize the damage levels in several modes. According to China's national conditions, an evaluation methodsuitable for domestic children restraint system recall was established, and corresponding evaluation indicators were proposedto develop evaluation star-level intervals. The research of the recall system can help improve the quality of the child restraintsystem and regulate the market of children's restraint system.
