摘　　要：门饰板内扣手与内把手是乘客车内开启、关闭车门的重要零部件,是用户使用频率非常高的零部件之一,它的舒适性直接影响着用户对于门饰板及整个汽车内饰的感知质量,随着市场上大量新车型的涌现,顾客对汽车内饰的舒适性要求也越来越高,这就要求我们要从用户感知体验去做设计开发工作。文章从门饰板内扣手与内把手的布置位置、尺寸设计、操作力和感知质量四方面提升舒适性设计上进行了研究,希望本文的研究能够对门饰板内扣手与内把手的设计具有借鉴指导意义。The door trim inside handle and grip handle are important components for passengers open and close the door, alsoare high frequency components for passengers to use. The comfortableness of the inside handle and grip handle directlyaffects perceived quality of the door trim and the entire car. With the emergence of a large number of new automobiles on themarket, the customer＇s requirements for the comfortableness of automotive trim are becoming increasingly higher. Theperceived quality of the decoration, which requires us to do design and development work from the customer＇s perceptionexperiences. In this paper, the comfortableness improvement research of door trim inside handle and grip handle is from thelayout location, the dimensional design, the operating force and the perceived quality four aspects. Hope the research of thispaper can help to design inside handle and grip handle of the door trim, which have reference significance.
