摘　　要：轿车车轮是汽车轮毂和车桥连接的连接件,对于汽车行驶的安全性具有重要的保障作用。固定螺栓断裂是影响生产和经营的主要问题,容易导致汽车产品的报废、返工。因而控制类似的质量问题也是汽车企业工作的重点。文章也将围绕轿车车轮固定螺栓的断裂原因展开分析,针对性地探究工艺保障方案。The car wheel is the connecting part of the car hub and the bridge, which is very important to the safety of the car.Fracture of fixed bolt is the main problem that affects production and operation, which can easily lead to scrapping andreworking of automobile products. Therefore, controlling similar quality issues is also the focus of the work of automotivecompanies. The paper will also analyze the causes of the breakage of the car wheel fixing bolt, and explore the processguarantee scheme.
