延续护理对居家腹膜透析患者的自我效能、不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨延续护理对居家腹膜透析患者的自我效能、不良反应的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月于我院收治的62例持续性非卧床腹膜透析治疗的患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理模式,研究组在此基础上给予延续护理,比较两组患者干预前后自我效能评分及居家腹膜透析不良反应发生率。结果研究组自我效能各维度评分均明显高于对照组,差距显著(P<0. 05);研究组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论延续护理对居家腹膜透析患者为新兴医疗服务,可有效保障居家治疗与住院期间治疗水平的协作性,降低腹膜炎及再入院率发生,提高患者自我效能,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on self - efficacy and adverse reactions in patients with home peritoneal dialysis.Methods To select 62 cases of patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 as study subjects, and they were divided into study group and control group randomly. The control group was given routine nursing model, while the study group was given continuous care on the basis of this. The self - efficacy scores and the incidence of adverse reactions of home peritoneal dialysis were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of self - efficacy in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was significant（P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Continuing nursing is an emerging medical service for patients with peritoneal dialysis at home. It can ensure the cooperation of treatment at home and hospitalization effectively, thus reducing the incidence of peritonitis and readmission. In addition, the method can improve patient self - efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
