摘　　要：我院自1982年2月迄今对464名病人进行了关节镜检查,对其中11个病人13块半月板全切除术后情况进行了观察,证实有9块产生再生半月板,其中内侧5块外侧4块。4块未产生再生半月板。本文就半月板全切除术后能否再生问题,产生再生半月板的因素,再生半月板的作用和再生半月板研究的临床意义等方面进行了讨论。A total of 464 arthroscopic examinations have been performed in our hospital since February 1982, arthroscopic examinations were repeated at different occasions after total resection of 13 meniscus in 11 cases. Regeneration was found in 9 of 13 menscus, 5 on medial side and 4 on lateral side. Following 4 questions are raised for discussion. 1) the possibility of regeneration of menscus after entire menicectomy. 2) Factors in relerance with regeneration of meniscus after total meniscectomy. 3) The function recovery of the regenerated meniscus. 4) The clinical significance of the study in meniscus regeneration.
