摘　　要：加强全球治理,推进全球治理体制变革,是新时代能否实现世界和平与发展的关键一着。基于对国际新形势新变化的科学判断和理性分析,习近平就如何推进全球治理变革提出一系列富有见地、深含发展伦理意蕴的新思维、新主张,指出发展是解决全球性问题、破解全球治理难题的钥匙,提出共同永续发展才是好发展,同时强调平等是全球治理的伦理基础,因而必须实现全球发展公正;强调要秉持共商共建共享的全球治理观,中国在加强全球治理中应该要有作为和有担当,要做到尽力而为,量力而行,在引领全球治理变革过程中做到"有能力但不任性"。这些新思维、新主张,构成了习近平新时代全球治理思想的基本内容,无疑为减轻全球性挑战给世界带来的阵痛提供了一副良方。Strengthening global governance and promoting the reform of global governance system are the key to the realization of the world peace and development in a new era. Based on the scientific judgment and rational analysis of the new international situation,Xi Jinping puts forward a series of insightful new ideas and new propositions with development ethic implication on how to promote the reform of global governance,and points out that development is the key to solving global problems and resolving the problems of the world governance,and that common sustainable development is a good development. Meanwhile,Xi emphasizes that equality is the ethical basis of global governance and that global development justice must be achieved; he also emphasizes that it is important to uphold a shared global governance concept and that China should have a role to play in strengthening global governance,to do what it can,to do its best,and to be capable but not willful in the process of leading global governance change.
