顶升法浇筑钢管砼柱在本钢二冷轧中的应用

摘　　要：文章以本钢浦项冷轧(1700mm)及涂镀生产线主厂房工程(3区)镀锌线厂房柱子刚架系统,钢管砼柱砼浇注部分为例,从混凝土的顶升浇筑设计和混凝土配制及混凝土坍落度测定一直到混凝土的项升、地泵顶升压力的校核、质量管理和质量检测等方面,详细讨论了顶升法浇筑钢管砼柱设计施工中的有关问题。应用结果表明,顶升法浇筑钢管砼柱不仅性能满足了设计要求,而且降低了劳动强度,节省了费用。Taking the steel pipe concrete column rigid frame system and the concrete pouring part of steel pipe concrete column of the main workshop project （zone 3） of Benxi steel＇s posco cold rolling （1700mm ） and coating production line as examples, this paper discusses in detail the relevant problems in the design and construction of steel pipe concrete column pouring by jacking method from the design and preparation of concrete and the determination of concrete slump to the checking of the jacking pressure of concrete, the checking of ground pump, the quality management and the quality inspection, etc. The application results show that the performance of the steel tube concrete column poured by the jacking method not only meets the design requirements, but also reduces the labor intensity and saves the cost.
