摘  要:针对某四驱皮卡前驱动桥高速段啸叫噪声现象,运用阶次跟踪分析法,锁定前驱动桥主齿内轴承是引起整车车内噪声的根本原因。结合LMS测试设备,设计一种可以再现整车故障的简单台架。经过理论计算,发现主齿内轴承外环故障阶次和试验吻合。更换内轴承后重新进行台架试验,故障振动阶次消失;装车验证,故障消失。试验结果证明台架和计算均有效,为快速识别此类故障提供了方法。Based on the investigation and research of a four-wheel drive pickup noise, using the order analysis method, it was found that the abnormal vibration of pinion inner bearing in the front drive axle was the reason causing the whine noise in the car. Using the LMS Test.Lab test equipment, a simple bench to identify such faults was designed.The faulted order of the pinion inner bearing outer ring was found to be consistent with the test. After changing the inner bearing, the bench test was carried out again, and the fault vibration order disappeared .Then it was mounted on the car, it was found that the noise was gone. The test results prove that the bench test and order calculation are valid, and can provide a method to identify this fault quickly.
