摘 要:液压阀体是混合动力电驱变速箱的重要组成部分,也是混合动力电驱变速箱开发过程中的难点之一。阀体的泄漏率直接影响到液压系统的工作性能,是保证液压系统及电驱变速箱正常工作的重要特性。结合某款车型用电驱变速箱用液压阀体的开发过程,介绍了毛坯结构的优化过程,并从毛坯铸造、机加工和气密性检测等方面分析了阀体泄漏率的控制方法,为自主开发液压阀体奠定了坚实的基础。The hydraulic valve body plays a significant role in hybrid electric driving transmission and is also one of the major difficulties in the development of hybrid electric driving transmission. The leakage rate of valve body directly affects the working performance of hydraulic system and is an important characteristic to ensure the normal operation of hydraulic system and electric drive gearbox.The design optimization process of the valve body structure and the leakage control method of the hydraulic valve body during casting, machining and air tightness test were discussed based on the development process of hydraulic valve body. It lays a solid foundation for future independent development of hydraulic valve body.
