摘 要:铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa,PA)是临床分离出的假单胞菌最常见的菌株,可致多种感染,其耐药性已变得越来越普遍。耐药机制包括:天然耐药性、获得耐药性和适应性耐药。针对PA感染,不断有新的治疗方法出现,如:外排泵抑制剂(efflux pump inhibitors,EPIs)、噬菌体、纳米技术、针对PA感染的疫苗等。本文着重综述近年来有关铜绿假单胞菌毒力、耐药率、耐药机制研究文献,并对PA感染新的治疗方法做分析。Pseudomonas aeruginosa is the most common strain of pseudomonas,which can cause multiple infections,and its resistance had become more and more common.Resistance mechanisms were including: natural resistance,acquisition of resistance and adaptive resistance.New treatments were emerged for PA infections,such as efflux pump inhibitors(EPIs),phages,nanotechnology,and vaccines for PA infections,etc.New treatment methods were analyzed though reviewing the recent literature on virulence,resistance rate and resistance mechanism of pseudomonas aeruginosa.
