摘 要:采用自制9,10-二羟基硬脂酸作为稠化剂制备了锂基润滑脂,与12-羟基硬脂酸锂制备的传统锂基润滑脂进行了流变学性能对比,并从分子结构角度对两者的性能差异进行了分析。结果表明:与传统锂基润滑脂相比,9,10-二羟基硬脂酸制备的锂基润滑脂受外力剪切时更容易发生形态转变和流动,但受剪切后结构恢复能力更强。The lithium based grease was prepared by the homemade 9,10-two hydroxy stearic acid as a thickener. The rheological properties of the traditional lithium based grease made from 12-hydroxy stearate were compared, and the performance differences were analyzed from the molecular structure angle. The results show that the lithium base grease, prepared by 9,10-two hydroxy stearic acid, is more likely to undergo morphological change and flow when compared with the traditional lithium base grease, but it is more resilience after shearing.
