摘　　要：针对建筑物毁伤效果评估结果的不确定性问题,提出利用建筑物高分辨率遥感图像信息,结合隶属度函数和贝叶斯网络构建毁伤效果评估模型,得到毁伤等级评语的概率分布集合,依据概率最大原则,进行毁伤效果评估。仿真结果表明,该方法能有效的评估建筑物毁伤效果。Aiming at the uncertainty of the results of the damage assessment of building,this paper proposes to use the high resolution remote sensing image information of the building, combine membership function and Bayesian network to construct damage assessment model,and obtain the probability distribution of the damage level reviews. According to maximum probability principle conducts damage assessment. The simulation results show that the method can effectively evaluate the damage effect of building.
