摘  要:针对目前武器装备自动装填系统故障检修定位困难、效率低下等缺点,综合分析自动装填系统的硬件结构,采用计算机辅助控制,基于Rete推理算法构建知识库和推理机,设计了一种自动装填系统故障诊断专家系统,并在Windows XP系统下通过Visual Basic环境开发测试系统软件。使用该专家系统对57台自动装填系统测试,对比检测结果和实际故障,故障检出率大于98%,准确率大于95%。测试结果表明该诊断系统能够有效提升故障检测效率,具有一定的的实用性和创新性。In view of the disadvantages such as difficulty and low efficiency of the automatic loading system of weapon equipment,Analyzing the hardware structure of automatic loading system,Using computer aided control design a fault diagnosis expert system of automatic loading system based on Rete reasoning algorithm,and develop test system software through Visual Basic environment under Windows XP system. The expert system was used to test the 57 automatic loading system,compared the test results and the actual fault,the fault detection rate was greater than 98%,and the accuracy was greater than95%. The test results show that the diagnosis system can effectively improve the efficiency of fault detection,and has certain practicability and innovation.
