摘　　要：针对目前国内的电力企业培训方式老旧、内容针对性不强的问题,文中基于SSH2框架,结合Java技术、MVC设计模式和MySQL数据库技术,设计并开发了一套电力教育培训系统。该系统具备用户管理、权限管理、培训和考试、虚拟环境互动、后台维护、报表等功能,培训内容与电力企业结合较好,能够满足电力企业以人才为本的培训理念。经过测试,该系统工作正常,使用延迟较小,各功能实现正常,能为相关电力教育培训系统的设计与开发提供参考。In view of the old-fashioned training methods and poorly targeted content of the current power enterprise and combined with Java,MVC design mode and MySQL database technologies,a set of power education and training system based on the SSH2 framework is designed and developed in this thesis. The system has the functions of user management,authority management,training and examination,virtual environment interaction,background maintenance and reports,which is better integrated with power enterprises and can meet the talent-based training concept in the new era. After testing,the system is found to have the ability of running well with little delay and completed functions,which can provide reference for the design and development of related power education and training systems.
