摘 要:为了满足日益严格的商用车排放法规要求,在进行后处理电控系统设计时,对性能和成本平衡的要求进一步提升。本文设计一种能满足欧Ⅵ排放法规要求的高性能低成本排气后处理电控系统。该系统基于Freescale高性能32位微控制器MPC5634M,整合柴油机DPF燃油喷射电控系统功能和SCR尿素喷射电控系统功能,结合柴油机具体工况,对尾气中的主要污染物PM和NOx进行综合处理,实现柴油机排气后处理系统的统一集中控制。该方案既解决了分离控制带来的功能协调、处理效率及传感器复用问题,又能降低40%的电控系统成本和降低50%的排放标定费用。In order to meet the increasingly stringent commercial vehicle emission regulations,The performance and cost balance requirements are further improved when the exhaust aftertreatment electronic control system is designed. This paper designs a high performance and low cost exhaust aftertreatment electronic control system which can meet the requirements of Euro-Ⅵ emission. The system is based on Freescale high performance 32 bit microcontroller MPC5634 M,The integration of electronic fuel injection system of DPF and SCR urea injection control system,combined with the specific conditions of the diesel engine,to carry out comprehensive treatment of the main pollutants in the exhaust gas of PM and NOx,to achieve the unification of diesel exhaust aftertreatment system with centralized control.This scheme not only solves the function coordination,processing efficiency and sensor multiplexing,but also reduces the cost of 40% of the electronic control system and reduces the emission calibration cost by 50%.
