苎麻营养价值及其在家禽饲料上的应用研究

摘　　要：阐述了苎麻的营养价值,粗蛋白含量在21%以上,必需氨基酸平衡全面,矿物质和维生素含量较高;总结了苎麻在家禽(鸡、鹅)饲料上的应用及机理,苎麻在家禽饲料上能取得较好的生产效果。In this paper,nutritive value of Ramie is reviewed.Its crude protein content is more than 21%,the essential amino acid balance is comprehensive,and the mineral and vitamin content are higher than other plants.It proves that Ramie can be used in poultry feed and good production effect is obtained.
