地方高校体育创新创业人才培养的现实困境与路径探究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法与逻辑分析法探讨地方高校体育专业创新创业人才培养面临的一系列困境,究其成因主要有:培养体系不完善、课程设置不协调、教学方法落后、普及与提高脱节、师资严重缺乏、人才产出能力低下等。破除难题,走出困境,首先要构建科学有效的创新创业人才培养模式、优化创新创业人才培养课程设置、创新课程教学方法、强化高素质的创新创业教育师资队伍、加强体育专业学生创新创业综合能力等。The paper uses the methods of literature data method and logical analysis method to discuss the actual dilemma of training P.E. students of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in local colleges and universities. The main reasons for this are： incomplete training system, uncoordinated curriculum, out -dated teaching methods, disconnection of popularization and improvement, serious shortage ofteachers, low ability of talents output, etc. To solve the problem and get out of the dilemma, it is necessary to construct an effective training model of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, to improve curriculum of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, to innovate teaching methods, to develop teaching staff withhigh quality, and to promote the comprehensive competence of P.E. students in innovation and entrepreneurship.
