摘  要:生物降解含酚废水是一种既经济、有效而又无污染的方法,固定微生物可以加快酚降解和提高苯酚的忍耐能力,为此本试验以固定化菌株JY04作为研究对象,考察苯酚质量浓度、培养时间、p H值、温度、接种量对降解苯酚性能的影响.结果表明,初始苯酚浓度为600 mg/L,p H值为6. 5~8. 0,最适接种量为45 g,温度为28℃~34℃,在此条件下将固定化菌株JY04培养48 h,其苯酚降解率可达到93. 6%.Biodegradation of phenol containing wastewater is an economical, effective and non-polluting method. The immobilized microorganisms can accelerate the degradation of phenol and improve the tolerance ability of phenol. Accordingly, take immobilized strain JY04 as the research object, the effects of phenol concentration, incubation time, pH value, temperature, inoculation amount on phenol degradation performance were investigated. The results showed that the initial phenol concentration was 600 mg/L, the optimal pH value was 6.5-8.0, the optimal inoculum size was 45 g, the optimal temperature of degrading phenol was 28-34℃. After 48 h of incubation under the above conditions, phenol degradation rate was up to 93.6%.
