摘  要:针对飞机雷电间接效应研究测量的需要,设计了基于光纤传输技术的新型三维电场传感器、三维GMR(巨磁阻)磁场传感器,对其外部结构和内部电路进行了详细地介绍,并利用Multisim仿真工具对电路进行了时域、频域性能分析。为了得到已知标准电磁场与传感器测量信号之间的对应关系,依据相关试验标准设计了标定系统,对配置不同长度天线的三维电场传感器、配置感应探头的三维GMR磁场传感器进行了大量的系数标定试验。另外,通过光纤通信、差分信号输入、传感器金属外壳屏蔽等方式提高了标定结果的准确性。试验结果也表明了传感器能够在雷电强电磁环境下稳定工作,为应用该传感器进行实际电磁场测量提供了可靠保障,是研究飞机雷电间接效应的重要手段。Aiming at the need of research on aircraft lightning indirect effect measurement,the innovative threedimensional(3D)electric field sensor and 3D Giant Magnet-Resistive(GMR)magnetic field sensor based on optical fiber transmission technology were designed,and the external structure and internal circuit were introduced indetail,and the performance in the time domain and frequency domain was analyzed by Multisim simulation tool. Inorder to obtain the correspondence between known standard electromagnetic fields and sensor measurement signals,the calibration systems were designed according to the relevant experiment standards,anda large number ofcoefficient calibration experiments were performed on 3D electric field sensors configured with antennas of differentlengths and 3D GMR magnetic field sensors equipped with inductive probes. Besides,the accuracy of the calibration results was improved by means of optical fiber communication,differential signal input and the shielding effect of sensor metal shell. The experiment results also show that sensors can work steadily in the lightning environment with high electromagnetic interference,and it provides a reliable guarantee for the practical electromagneticfield measurement by using this sensor and an important means to study the indirect effect of lightning.
