摘  要:海洋污染问题成为全世界关注的重点问题。设计应用MBR多级环流气升式膜生物来对污水中的氮物质进行处理的装置,其中核心膜组件设计采用FP-AI型号,为了降低膜污染的发生,采用预处理-曝气-反洗复合工艺,当过滤膜被污染发生阻塞后,压力传感器触发PLC控制系统进行自动化学清洗。实验结果表明采用1.5h的曝气时间脱氮效果较为理想。With the development of the global economy,human beings have more and more demand for resources.The ocean is a huge treasure house of energy. With the continuous development of marine development technology,the exploitation of marine resources has increased greatly,with the continuous development of marine resources.Mining and marine pollution problems are becoming more and more serious,and the issue of marine pollution hasbecome a major concern of the world. In this paper,MBR multi-stage circulating airlift membrane biology was designed to treat nitrogen in sewage. The core membrane module was designed with FP-AI model. In order to reducemembrane fouling,a combined pretreatment-aeration-backwashing process was adopted. When the membrane wasblocked by fouling,the pressure sensor triggered PLC control system. Automatic chemical cleaning. The experimental results show that the aeration time of 1.5h is ideal for nitrogen removal.
