仿真技术在汽车空调系统开发中的应用

摘  要:借助Dymola平台下的Air Conditioning Library(ACL)库建立了某款纯电动车型的空调系统仿真模型,并通过该模型来探索仿真技术在空调系统开发中的价值。通过仿真结果与试验数据的对比发现,标定后的换热器模型与试验符合良好,换热量模拟结果最大相对误差为0.98%,压降模拟结果最大相对误差为7.02%.另外,空调系统的仿真结果与试验数据也吻合较好,空调出风温度最大模拟误差为14%,压缩机功耗最大模拟误差为10%.可见,仿真误差在系统级虽然较零部件级偏大,但也在工程允许范围内。所以,将仿真技术应用于汽车空调系统的前期开发和虚拟验证中,是一种可行且很有价值的手段。Based on Air Conditioning Library under the simulation platform Dymola ,it has been built that air conditioner simulation model for an electric vehicle,and the model is useful when the model applies in simulation experiment during air conditioner development. In comparison between the heat exchanger simulation result and theheat exchanger experiment result,the modified simulation model shows excellent performance.The max error of theheat transfer rate is 0.98%,and the max error of the pressure drop in the pipe is 14%. In addition,the air conditioner simulation result and experiment result fits very well under system level.The max outlet temperature error ofthe air conditioner is 14%,the max power consumption error of the compressor is 10%. Even though simulationresult of the system level shows bigger error when it compared with simulation result of the parts level,however,itsatisfied with allowable range. So,it is a valuable solution when the simulation technique applies in the pre-development and virtual verification for the vehicle level air conditioner.
