摘  要:通过盆栽试验,研究了不同浓度(2~6 g/L)海藻酸钠寡糖(AOS)灌根处理对小麦光合特性、干物质积累和产量的影响。结果表明:AOS灌根处理可以显著提高小麦的株高、叶片叶绿素含量、旗叶的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度,显著降低气孔限制值; 2~6 g/L AOS灌根处理使小麦花前同化物积累量增加了11.9%~50.8%,使花后同化物积累量及积累率分别降低了11.7%~18.3%和5.85~15.31个百分点,最终使产量增加了6.6%~23.3%;在3个AOS处理中,以4 g/L AOS处理的增产幅度最大,且主要归因于穗数和千粒重的增加。Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of root-irrigation with different concentrations (2-6 g/L) of alginate oligosaccharide (AOS) solution on the photosynthetic characteristics, dry matter accumulation and yield of wheat. The results showed that the plant height, functional leaf chlorophyll content, flag leaf net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and intercellular carbon dioxide concentration of wheat were significantly increased by root-irrigation treatment with AOS, but its stomatal limitation value was significantly decreased by the treatment. The root-irrigation treatments with 2-6 g/L AOS increased the assimilate accumulation before florescence of wheat by 11.9%-50.8%, reduced the assimilate accumulation and accumulation rate after florescence by 11.7%-18.3% and 5.85-15.31 percent, respectively, and finally enhanced wheat yield by 6.6%-23.3%. Among three treatments with AOS, 4 g/L AOS treatment obtained the biggest yield increment, which was mainly attributable to the increase in panicle number and 1000-grain weight.
