中俄文化差异对推进“一带一路”区域合作的影响与对策

摘　　要：自2013年"一带一路"倡议提出至今,已经获得丰硕成果。但是各国间的文化差异给"一带一路"的实施带来了新的挑战。本文以中俄为例提出正视差异、开放包容;谋求共赢、惠及他国;加强交流、持续发展;互相尊重、和谐共生的对策及建议,旨在加深"一带一路"的深入融合。The Belt and Road initiative,which is originated by China has achieved plentifulfruits. However, the cultural differences among countries have brought challenges for carrying out＂The Belt and Road＂ initiative. The paper, taking Sino-Russian cultural differences as an example,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions including respecting diversity,being openness andinclusiveness, pursing win-win, bringing benefit to other countries, strengthening communication,keeping sustained development, respecting each other and becoming harmonious symbiosis in orderto deepen the cultural part in carrying out the initiative and striving for realizing a community witha shared future for mankind.
