补阳还五汤加味治疗缺血性中风后抑郁症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨补阳还五汤加味治疗缺血性中风后抑郁症的疗效。方法 78例缺血性中风后抑郁症患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组采用帕罗西汀治疗,观察组使用补阳还五汤加味治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、抑郁症状改善情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为92.31%,明显高于对照组的74.36%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2、4周,两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2、4周,观察组副反应量表(TESS)评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤加味治疗缺血性中风后抑郁症的效果显著,能有效缓解抑郁症状,且治疗安全性高,患者耐受性好,具有积极的临床意义。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of depression after ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 78 patients with depression after ischemic stroke were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Paroxetine, the observation group was treated with Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction. The clinical efficacy, improvement of depressive symptoms and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.31%, which was significantly higher than 74.36% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment for 2 and 4 weeks, the Hamilton depressive rating scale （HAMD） scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The HAMD score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） score of the observation group after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of depression after ischemic stroke is remarkable, can effectively alleviate depressive symptoms, with high safety and well tolerance, and has positive clinical significance.
