单纯Ⅰ期后路手术治疗成人腰椎结核的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨单纯Ⅰ期后路手术治疗腰椎结核的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月17日至2017年1月17日我院收治的300例腰椎结核患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各150例。对照组给予传统前路手术进行治疗,观察组给予单纯Ⅰ期后路手术进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、临床指标、Cobb角、腰腿痛VAS评分及血沉。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,两组患者的Cobb角、腰腿痛VAS评分及血沉均显著改善,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论单纯Ⅰ期后路手术治疗成人腰椎结核具有较高的临床价值,能够在缓解临床症状的基础上改善Cobb角,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of simple one-stage posterior surgery alone in the treatment of adult lumbar tuberculosis. Methods From January 17, 2016 to January 17, 2017, 300 patients with lumbar tuberculosis in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number method, with 150 cases in each group. The control group was treated by traditional anterior operation, while the observation group was treated with simple one-stage posterior surgery alone. The clinical efficacy, clinical indicators, Cobb angles, VAS scores of pain in waist and lower extremities and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The operative time, intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. After operation, the Cobb angles, VAS scores of pain in waist and lower extremities and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the two groups significantly improved, and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Simple one-stage posterior surgery alone in the treatment of adult lumbar tuberculosis has a high clinical value, which can improve the Cobb angle on the basis of alleviating clinical symptoms. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
