精细化护理在肝硬化并上消化道出血患者行食管静脉套扎术中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨精细化护理在肝硬化并上消化道出血患者行食管静脉套扎术中的应用价值。方法将97例肝硬化并上消化道出血患者根据就诊顺序将其分为对照组(48例)和研究组(49例),对照组采用传统的护理模式,研究组采用精细化护理模式,比较两组的护理效果。结果研究组的止血成功率、套扎成功率、静脉曲张消失率及静脉明显变细率均显著高于对照组,住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组的疾病知识掌握度评分显著升高,SAS评分显著降低,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理模式能有效保证手术效果,在肝硬化并上消化道出血手术中具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of refined nursing in esophageal varices ligation for patients with liver cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods A total of 97 patients with liver cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were divided into control group （48 cases） and study group （49 cases） according to the treatment order. The control group was given traditional nursing, the study group given refined nursing. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of hemostasis, the success rate of ligation, variceal disappearance rate and the rate of veins obviously thinner of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the hospital stay was significantly shorter than that in the control group （P〈O.05）. After nursing, the disease knowledge mastery scores of the two groups significantly increased, the SAS scores significantly reduced, and those in the study group were superior to the control group （P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The refined nursing mode can effectively ensure the surgical effect, and has high application value in cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding surgery.
