摘 要:为了进一步提高磁性铁基催化剂SCR脱硝性能,探讨了真空干燥耦合微波辐射时间对共沉淀-微波法构筑的磁性铁钛复合氧化物催化剂脱硝性能、物相及孔隙结构的影响,并研究了催化剂的脱硝特性。研究结果表明:真空干燥可降低微波辐射时间,提高了磁性铁钛复合氧化物的低温SCR脱硝性能;真空干燥耦合微波辐射时间可抑制催化剂表面γ-Fe_2O_3晶体的长大,细化其晶粒大小;但会导致磁性铁钛复合氧化物部分孔隙结构坍塌,表面积和比孔容降低。空速比由30 000/h逐渐增至90 000/h,磁性铁钛复合氧化物SCR脱硝效率逐渐降低,其合适的氨氮比和氧浓度分别为1. 0和3%。In order to enhance the NH 3 -SCR activity of magnetic iron-based catalyst, the influence of the vacuum drying coupling with microwave time on the NH 3 -SCR activity, the crystal and the pore-structure of magnetic iron-titanium mixed oxide catalyst prepared through the microwave irradiation assistant co-precipitation method were investigated, and its de-nitrification characteristics were also studied in this paper. The results indicated that the time of microwave irradiation could be decreased after dried under vacuum, and the low-temperature NH 3 -SCR activity of magnetic iron-titanium mixed oxide catalyst was improved. The vacuum drying coupling with microwave time depressed the growing up of gama-Fe 2 O 3 crystallite on the surface of catalyst and refined its particle size. Although it made the partial pore of catalyst collapsed, it decreased the BET surface area and the pore volume of magnetic iron-titanium mixed oxide catalyst. The NH 3 -SCR activity of magnetic catalyst firstly increased and then decreased with the gas hourly space velocity(GHSV) increasing from 30 000 to 90 000 /h, and its suitable molar ratio of NH 3 /NO and O 2 concentration were 1.0 and 3.0 vol.%, respectively.
