摘  要:随着大型汽轮机组参数的不断提升,汽轮机轴端漏汽损失在提升汽轮机效率中显得尤为重要。为提高汽轮机组效率,有关汽轮机轴封的相关研究不断深入。本文拟通过对汽封的实际尺寸进行三维建模分析,采用数值模拟的方法,获得轴封漏汽量与压力、转速和转子偏心等参数之间的关系,确定影响汽轮机轴封漏汽量的主要影响,并对如何减小轴封漏汽量提出优化措施。With the improvement of the parameters of large steam turbines, the loss of steam leakage at the shaft end is particularly important in improving the efficiency of steam turbines. In order to improve the efficiency of steam turbines, related research on steam turbine shaft seals continues to deepen. This article intends to analyze the actual size of the steam seal by three-dimensional modeling, numerical simulation method to obtain the relationship between the seal leakage and pressure, speed and rotor eccentricity and other parameters to determine the steam turbine shaft seal leakage.The main influences and optimization measures are proposed for reducing the amount of shaft seal leakage.
