摘  要:文章阐述了采用有限元方法进行半圆管夹套容器计算的过程,并将有限元分析结果与HG/T20582中的图表进行了比较,发现在半圆管厚度取值较小时,有限元计算得出的当量K值与HG/T 20582图表匹配很好,并在此结论基础上,给出了目前常见的半圆管外径φ168 mm夹套容器的K值图,作为对HG/T 20582图表的补充,供工程设计人员参考。同时对半圆管夹套容器的受力进行了分析讨论,认为半圆管间距越小、厚度相对于壳体厚度越大,采用有限元方法进行轻量化设计的必要性就越大。This paper expounds the calculation process of half-pipe jacketed vessel through finite element analysis and compares the results obtained from FEA with those in HG/T 20582 chart.It is discovered that when the value of the wall thickness of half-pipe is little,the equivalent Kvalue calculated by FEA matches HG/T 20582 chart very well.Based on this conclusion,the K value figure of168 mm halfpipe jacketed vessel is presented as a supplement to the chart in HG/T 20582 for engineering designers.Meanwhile,the paper analyses and discusses the stress of half-pipe jacketed vessels.And it is considered that the smaller the space between the half-pipes is,the larger the ratio of the wall thickness and the casing wall thickness will be,thus,it is of greater necessity to adopt finite element analysis method for light-weight design.
