摘 要:由于水平井井身结构的特殊性,地层出砂容易在井筒底部形成砂床,严重影响油气井的正常生产作业。为了解决常规冲砂作业效果差,成本高的难题,提出了利用连续油管在水平井中进行冲砂作业,并对其水力参数、喷嘴结构和冲砂工艺进行了优化设计。经现场实验证明,该技术可以带压连续冲砂,工艺技术简单,施工时间短,实现高效、安全的冲砂作业,取得良好的经济效益。Because of the particularity of the horizontal well structure, the sand production is easy to form in the bottom of the wellbore, which affects the normal production operation of the oil and gas well seriously. In order to solve the problem of bad effect and high cost in conventional sand washing operation, a continuous oil pipe is used to carry out sand washing operation in horizontal well, and its hydraulic parameters, nozzle structure and sand blanking process are optimized. Field experiment proved that the technology could carry continuous sand blast with pressure, which has the advantage of simple technology and short construc- tion time so as to achieve efficient and safe sand washing operation, and achieve good eco- nomic benefit.
