摘  要:简单介绍了钻井液高分子处理剂的发展与应用及其特点,以及钻井液高分子处理剂对地层的伤害。通过室内实验研究了过硫酸盐A、氯酸盐B、次氯酸盐C、过氧化物D四种类型破胶剂对油田常用的钻井液高分子处理剂的破胶作用,并对影响破胶的因素进行分析。实验结果表明四种破胶剂均可在2 h内完成破胶任务,能够满足现场施工解除滤饼的时间要求。The development and application of high polymer treatment agent for drilling fluid and its characteristics, as well as the damage to formation by high polymer treatment agent in drilling fluid are briefly introduced. Laboratory experiments were carried out to study the gel breaking effect of four kinds of gel breaker, namely persulfate A, chlorate B, hypochlorite C and peroxide D, on the commonly used drilling fluid polymer treatment agents in the oilfield, and the factors affecting gel breaking were analyzed. The experimental results show that the four kinds of gel breaking agents can complete the glue breaking task within 2 hours, and can meet the time requirements for the on-site construction to remove the filter cake.
