摘　　要：癫痫与睡眠密切相关，二者相互影响，是国内外研究的热点。睡眠剥夺及睡眠状态可诱发癫痫发作；癫痫发作会导致睡眠障碍、睡眠结构紊乱。通过综述癫痫与睡眠的相互影响、抗癫痫药物对睡眠的影响，为癫痫患者改善睡眠、提高生活质量提供新的理论依据，对提高癫痫的防治水平具有重要价值。Epilepsy and sleep are closely related,which is a hot research at home and abroad, the two of them influence each other. Sleep deprivation and sleep status can induce epilepticseizures ; Epileptic seizures can lead to sleep disorders. We reviewed the interaction between epilepsy and sleep and the effects of antiepileptic drugs on sleep, which provide a new theoretical basis for improving sleep and improving the quality of life in patients with epilepsy and has important value to improve the level of prevention and treatment of epilepsy.
