环节质量管理在预防导管相关性血行感染的实践与效果

摘　　要：目的探讨环节管理在预防中心静脉导管相关性血行感染中的实施与效果。方法将2016年4月—2017年3月行中心静脉置管的血液透析患者112例作为对照组,2017年4月—2018年3月行中心静脉置管的血液透析患者76例作为干预组。对照组给予常规护理,干预组通过完善导管评估、规范操作流程、提高手卫生依从性,改善病区环境、注重健康教育和护士培训等环节过程的管理后进行效果评价。结果运用环节质量管理后,医护人员对中心静脉导管相关性血行感染干预措施等相关知识的知晓度提高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),中心静脉导管相关性血行感染率下降,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通过环节质量管理,提高了医护人员质量意识和风险防范意识,规范了培训与操作标准,有效减少中心静脉导管相关性血行感染的发生。Objective To discuss the effect of link quality management of prevention of central venous catheter-related blood stream Infection in hemodialysis. Methods 112 patients with central venous catheterization in hemodialysis from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected as control group. From April 2017 to March 2018, 76 patients with central venous catheter hemodialysis were selected as intervention group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the intervention group was evaluated by improving catheter evaluation, standardizing operation procedures, improving hand hygiene compliance, improving ward environment, paying attention to health education and nurse training. Results The medical staff knowledge degree of interventions of central venous catheter-related blood stream infection increased significantly, the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. The infection rates of central venous catheter-related blood stream infection after intervention decreased, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening the key-link intervention could enhance the Medical staff awareness of quality and risk prevention, also could standard operating process, effectively reduce the incidence of central venous catheter-related bloodstream infection.
