细节护理在精神科病房护理管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨细节护理在精神科病房护理管理中的作用。方法根据我院精神病房护理中存在的问题加强护理管理工作,在其中引入细节护理,加强对于护理工作中各个环节的规范和监督,规范护理人员的工作行为,观察比较进行细节护理前后病区管理质量、急救药品物品质量、护理文件书写、整体护理质量、护理安全等相关质量评分。结果经过细节护理管理后,我院4个病区的护理质量实施后评分高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在精神科病房护理管理中进行细节护理能够有效提高其护理管理质量,提高患者的临床满意度,具有临床意义。Objective To explore the role of detail nursing in psychiatric ward nursing management. Methods To strengthen the nursing management according to the problems existing in the nursing ward nursing in our hospital, introduce the detail nursing in it, strengthen the standardization and supervision of every link in the nursing work, standardize the working behavior of the nursing staff, observe and compare the quality of the management of the ward, the quality of the frst aid medicine, the quality of the frst aid medicine, and the nursing. The quality of documentation, holistic nursing quality, nursing safety and other related quality scores were compared before and after the nursing management. Results After detailed nursing management, the scores of nursing quality in the four wards of our hospital were higher than before （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion In the psychiatric ward nursing management, detailed nursing can effectively improve the quality of nursing management and improve the patient＇s clinical satisfaction. It is of clinical signifcance.
