摘  要:采用水杨酸为催化剂,高温高压法合成了2-硫醇基苯骈噻唑(MBT)。以二氯甲烷为溶剂,溶剂挥发法培养出MBT晶体,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、FT-IR、UV-Vis、热重分析-差热分析法(TG-DTA)对MBT进行检测和表征,揭示了MBT的微观结构和内在规律性。MBT高度有序化定向排列结构,决定其高效的橡胶硫化促进性能。FT-IR揭示了MBT内部的化学键键型,MBT包含二取代苯环、S—C、S—H、蕴含N=C—S和S—C五元杂环的有机硫化物。UV-Vis光谱检测出最大吸收波长352.2nm。TG-DTA检测出了MBT的质量变化与热效应两种信息,MBT的相变和分解温度分别为187.0和341.6℃。MBT的分解温度偏高,为采用硫化仪研究MBT的橡胶硫化性能提供了基础实验数据。In this study,2-mercaptobenzothiazole(MBT)powder was prepared at high temperature and high pressure.Single crystal of MBT was cultivated by solvent evaporation from dichloromethane so that it was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)single crystal diffraction,FT-IR,UV-Vis and differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA)for revealing the micro-structure and intrinsic regularity.Its highly efficient performance of rubber vulcanization is originated from its orientation structure and high order.The chemical bond types in MBT are revealed by FT-IR.MBT is an organic sulfide containing two substituted benzene rings,S—C,S—H,N=C—S and five-member heterocycle ring.The maximum absorption wavelength of352.2 nm was detected by UV-Vis spectroscopy.Mass change and thermal effect were detected by TGDTA,and the phase transition and decomposition temperature of MBT are 187.0 and 341.6 ℃,respectively.It could provide reference with studies on rubber vulcanizing properties of MBT.
