摘 要:利用酒石酸对亚麻改性,研究其对染料中孔雀石绿的吸附性能。考察了单因素酒石酸浓度、改性温度、改性时间、吸附温度、吸附时间、初始染料中孔雀石绿浓度和吸附剂投加量对孔雀石绿吸附去除率的影响;同时采用响应面优化法优化最显著影响因素(改性温度、改性时间和吸附剂用量)对孔雀石绿吸附量影响。结果表明,最优改性的亚麻(酒石酸浓度1mol/L、改性时间60min、温度40℃)投加量为0.60g、染料中孔雀石绿质量浓度为100mg/L、吸附温度为25℃、吸附时间240min条件下,孔雀石绿(MG)的去除率可达94.72%。响应面法优化实验得到最优组合为改性亚麻吸附剂用量0.40g、改性温度60℃和改性时间60min,对孔雀石绿吸附量为5.934mg/g。The adsorption properties of tartaric acid-modified flax were studied for malachite green(MG).The effects of tartaric acid concentration,modification temperature and time,adsorption temperature and time,initial dye concentration and the dosage of adsorbent were investigated.Meanwhile,the most significant influencing factors(modification temperature,modification time and dosage of adsorbent)were reached for adsorption capacity based on response surface methodology(RSM).Results show that when the dosage of optimal modification of flax adsorbent(tartaric acid concentration:1 mol/L,modification time:60 min,temperature:40 ℃)is 0.60 g,initial concentration of malachite green is 100 mg/L,adsorption temperature is 25 ℃ and the adsorption time is 240 min,the removal rate could reach to as high as94.72%.The optimal combination is that the adsorbent dosage is 0.40 g,modified temperature is 60℃and modified time is 60 min obtained by RSM.The amount of adsorption is 5.934 mg/g
